Colombia Aldemar Quistial Espresso from Subtext Coffee Roasters is a washed Pink Bourbon variety, sourced from Aldemar Quistial’s 3-hectare farm in La Esperanza, Bruselas, Southern Huila, Colombia. Grown at 1,600–1,800 meters, this coffee is part of the Los Guacharos collective, a group of independent farmers focused on quality and direct trade. The beans are processed with a 24-hour fermentation in cherry, followed by de-pulping and a 36-hour dry fermentation, then dried for 12–18 days. Expect a smooth espresso with vibrant notes of raspberry, rose florals, and chocolate, balanced by a creamy texture. Ideal for those seeking a refined, fruit-forward espresso with a floral finish.
