Grown at elevations between 1,500 and 1,700 meters, this coffee is a blend of Pacas, Bourbon, and Catuaí varieties, fully washed and dried on raised beds. The roast profile emphasizes honey-like sweetness, complemented by notes of caramel, dried fruits, and subtle orange sweetness.
